Which team can effectively communicate under pressure to build the tallest freestanding sculpture made entirely of chocolate. Only the teams that can successfully move their sculpture to the judging table will be eligible for the grand prize. Minimum of 12 - 100 people. 

We will begin by teaching your team how to work with chocolate and take you through the steps of creating delicious truffles, from crystallizing chocolate to making ganache. We will also provide some expert tips on how to decorate your truffles. Minimum 12- 50 people.

Like chocolate, wine, scotch and tea come from different regions around the world further creating multiple unique flavour profiles. Chef Sandra selects the chocolate that best accentuates the bold personalities of these mediums selected for the pairing.
