Our signature award winning bonbons and caramels are sure to make any event sweeter! They are individually hand-painted and crafted with natural ingredients and bold flavours to ensure that one small bite has a big impact. Our bonbons and caramels are made with 60% Belgian dark chocolate shell and filled with a flavoured ganache or caramel.

  • Vanilla Bean: White chocolate ganache infused with vanilla beans from Madagascar 
  • Classic Dark Chocolate: Dark chocolate ganache infused with 70% rich French chocolate 
  • Dulce de Leche: Milk Chocolate ganache infused with authentic dulce de leche caramel 
  • Earl Grey Tea: Dark chocolate ganache infused with locally sourced loose-leaf tea 
  • Espresso Bean: Milk chocolate ganache infused with authentic Italian espresso beans 
  • Salted Caramel: Milk chocolate ganache infused with house-made caramel 
  • Coconut: White chocolate ganache infused with coconut puree and real shredded coconut pieces
  • Passion Fruit: White chocolate ganache infused with natural passion fruit puree
  • Mint Leaf: White chocolate ganache infused with mint leaves
  • Lemon: White chocolate ganache infused with freshly squeezed lemon juice and lemon zest
  • Black Currant: White chocolate ganache infused with natural black currant puree
